Pave Recruit is a specialised recruitment agency that connects passionate professionals with impactful projects in London's transportation and infrastructure sectors. They take a holistic, personalised approach to place the right specialists in projects that benefit their communities.

Recruiting for the community

The three NZ expat's mission was to revolutionise and humanise recruitment in transformational transport and infrastructure projects. The website ultimately needed to serve as a crucial tool to attract top talent and showcase their commitment to building meaningful relationships.

Design ready for handoff

Whilst at a previous agency, Klinical, I worked with founders and their developers to design a modern, responsive site that would not only serve as a means to sell the Pave and their brand and story, but also to be a robust and user-friendly recruitment portal.
