Workplace misconduct reporting

Whilst at my previous agency, I assisted one of our SAAS clients in joining their in-house product team to refine some of the core user flows and functionalities. Our client, who's details and brand have been removed for confidentiality, provide employee welfare and workplace misconduct reporting tools to HR teams.

Designing for ESG

I worked with the wider product team of developers and UX strategists to help build user flows and improve functionalities based on insights gathered from user research.

Bolstering client buy-in

Whilst liaising with them to offer a perspective on UX decisions, I was also tasked with translating wireframes and insights into tangible high-fidelity prototypes for user testing. Feedback internally and with users was good and the udpates helped the sales team land some high profile clients.
