In 2023, I worked with PR team leaders at Amazon UK on a bold project. Dubbed 'Amazon Chatterbox,' this campaign shone the spotlight on employees, inviting their insights into the hot topics and age-old debates of British Society.
A showcase of unique perspectives
For the campaign, Amazon produced an ongoing series of short-form videos to capture Amazonian's and their views on film. Over 12 months, they would invite their views on current events or significant debates, producing and sharing new episodes across their social channels.
However, they faced a challenge in consolidating these episodes into a central location to help tie the campaign together.
Building a video content microsite
Over 4 weeks, I collaborated with Amazon's workplace PR team to create a responsive microsite for hosting the episodes, which emphasised efficiency, user-friendliness, and manageability for future updates. I provided guidance on achieving best results within budget and technical constraints.
The outcome was a Webflow build with custom CMS functionality, integrating externally hosted videos. It garnered positive feedback internally and across social channels.
